High quality CRGO steels with low iron-loss and high permeability in thickness of 0.23mm, 0.27mm, and 0.3mm, to meet customers' demands for different specifications.

Characteristic:

We have imported the high precision slitting and cross-cutting line, and have independently researched and developed fully automatic high precision silicon steel horizontal cutting line and the silicon steel CNC punching shear all-in-one PC. We first process silicon steel belts into sheets with certain shapes and then stack the sheets into single-phase three column type, three-phase five column type, etc. The core is stacked in a full miter way. By adopting advanced annealing processes, the core loss is low and the large-scale production is available.

Application:

Laminated Core is widely used in power transformers with various capacity, including SCB10, SCB11 series resin insulation dry type transformer, S9, S11-M types of oil-immersed transformer, SZ9 type transformer onload voltage regulating, mine transformer, earthing transformer, S9 series high-voltage winding, and other the transformers for special use.
